His decorated career includes multiple world and national championship titles across K1, Muay Thai, and Olympic Taekwondo. Backed by advanced academic credentials, currently pursuing a PhD in Elite Sports at DCU, Mark brings cutting-edge insight into performance coaching and athlete well-being.
