A late starter himself, Kevin discovered martial arts in his 20s and quickly became a committed student though suffering injury set backs along the way. Now 35, he actively competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions, having entered three major competitions in 2025, and recently in 2023 stepped into the cage for his first MMA bout — with more likely to come. His personal journey, from tech product leader to martial arts competitor, is a reflection of the product itself: a platform built not just for fighters, but for anyone willing to grow and with a continuous improvement mindset.
Kevin has led enterprise AI innovation at scale across a wide range of Irish multi national companies, implementing agentic systems that automated workflows, personalised services, and met the latest regulatory standards. With a strong foundation in digital product leadership, UX design, agile delivery, and responsible AI development, he now brings those capabilities to an industry that has historically resisted digitisation — but is now ready for change.
